Itikaf 2027 — Last 10 Nights of Ramadan

Spend the last ten days and nights of Ramadan in i'tikaf at the Sacred Learning Center, following the annual practice of the Prophet ﷺ and his Companions: devoting yourself to worship and learning, seeking forgiveness, and searching for Laylatul Qadr. Dates: Saturday, February 27, 2027 (the 21st night of Ramadan) through the night before Eid (Tuesday, March 9, 2027). Both dates depend on moon sighting. Who: brothers performing the full 10-day Sunnah i'tikaf, limited to 120 participants. Out-of-town participants may leave on the 29th of Ramadan to reach home for Eid. Sisters are encouraged to perform i'tikaf in the prayer area of their homes. How to join: interest forms are collected year-round. About one month before Ramadan, if interest exceeds capacity, a lottery decides who is invited to register; invitees have 72 hours to confirm with a $200 non-refundable registration fee. Expressing interest and the program itself are otherwise free.
